PROCESSING TIME: Processing time is the amount of time it takes before your order is shipped.
MADE TO ORDER OUTFITS: Made to order outfits are made for you after you place an order, you can choose aspects of the design that you would like to change. For example: specific sizing, add lining, trims, materials, and even request a specific style. Made to order have a processing time of 2-4 weeks to prepare. Processing times are generally met, but unforeseen delays can occur. You will receive an email once your order has shipped.
READY TO SHIP OUTFITS (WILL SAY READY TO SHIP IN THE TITLE AND UNDER THE SIZE OPTIONS): Please allow 2-5 business days processing time. You will receive an email when your order has shipped.
TRACKING: Tracking numbers are sent out via email you used to placed your order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: Nafissa Exoticwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing please contact the shipping provider selected and file a claim.
